Motor Control Centers & Mechanical Switchboards
Custom Switchboards has vast experience in the design and construction of a custom manufactured Motor Control Centres, including Motor Starter Wiring, PLC wiring, Instrumentation and Control wiring.
All of Custom Switchboards designed and manufactured with Rely Logic, PLC Logic/Hardware, VSD, Soft Starters.
Motor Control Centres are fully tested prior to delivery to our clients

Supply Connection Pillars
Our Custom Switchboards Pillars, have been designed with a electrician in mind.
These Pillar boxes are manufactured for durability using Zincanneal steel, fully welded complete with Hot Dipped Galvanised Plinth
The connection Pillars are powdercoated through a dual process: undercoat primer, followed by electrostatically applied powder to the client’s colour requirements.

Custom Switchboards Group Metering Panels are suitable for multi tenancy installation
All our Meter Panels are designed in compliance with AS/NZ3000, AS/NZ61439 and AS/NZ3439.1, also complying with each states Service Installation rules.
All Meter Panels come with (SPD) Sae Protection Devices, Metre Panel Isolators and ongoing tenancy circuit breakers.
